Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients give us a key, garage code, or smart-lock code. Our team is fully insured and background-checked, and you can opt in to a before & after photo report sent to your phone after each visit — so you can verify the work from anywhere.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring everything — eco-friendly cleaners, microfiber cloths, vacuums, mops, and child/pet/allergy-safe products. You don’t need to provide anything. If you prefer we use your own products (for example, you have a favorite floor cleaner), just leave them out and let us know.
What if my pets are home?
No problem — we love pets. Please leave a quick note about temperament (friendly, shy, “do not let outside”, etc.) when booking and we’ll work around them. All our supplies are pet-safe and we never use harsh fumes.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
We back every job with a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If anything isn’t to your standard, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean the area — at no additional charge. Your peace of mind is part of the price.
How do I pay? When is payment due?
We accept e-Transfer, credit card, and cash. Payment is due on completion of service. For recurring weekly or biweekly clients, we can set up automatic billing for convenience.
